Financial Policy
Just as we are committed to providing excellent pediatric dental care, we are concerned about making it affordable to you. Payment is expected for services at the time they are rendered, to help control billing and accounting costs unless specific arrangements have been made prior to the appointment. Our office accepts cash, checks, MasterCard and Visa. For extensive treatment plans, a variety of options are available.

Insurance Policy
In order to provide children access to specialty dental care, our office accepts most traditional insurance plans including a number of popular PPO insurance plans. If your plan requires you to pick a dentist from a list of providers, please check with your insurance carrier to be sure that you will be covered at our office. If your program is one we do not carry, you usually may pay slightly more and receive treatment beyond your specified provider list.

Filing of insurance plans is done as a courtesy to our patients. If you are planning to use dental insurance, please contact our office, and we will be happy to obtain detailed information on your behalf. Please keep us informed of any changes or updates in your insurance information.
Most plans only cover a portion of the dental fee, which means you will be responsible for your deductible and the estimated co-payment. Your co-payment is expected as the time you are in the office for dental care.

The responsible person shown in our records, not the insurance carrier, is financially responsible for payment. Our insurance coordinator will be glad to assist you with any questions you might have.
